David Little is organizing a fundraiser on March 8th for the “Raise a Racquet for the Y For All Fund.” Join in and contribute for a good cause!
This event will be an all day squash tournament and community social at the Lynch / van Otterloo YMCA in Marblehead, MA. A beer tasting reception will follow immediately after the competition at Jackie and Dan Rosenthal’s home on Marblehead neck.
Proceeds will be used to benefit the emerging squash program at the Marblehead Y. Each year the Marblehead Y gives out over $400k to ensure that all kids and families have the ability to take advantage of all the Y has to offer. This is a good way to help local kids to stay healthy, active and learn the importance of hard work and fair play, and will help ensure that all kids who want to be involved in this sport will be able to do so, regardless of their ability to pay.
