Junior Round Robin Program 2026–2027

MA Squash is pleased to announce the return of its Junior Round Robin Program for the 2026–2027 season. Held on Sunday afternoons at Harvard’s Murr Center, these round robins give beginner and intermediate junior players an opportunity to play in a friendly, less competitive environment.

Players are grouped into pods with others of similar ability:

  • Pod 1: Players who participate in Silver-level tournaments
  • Pod 2: Players who participate in Bronze-level tournaments
  • Pod 3: Players who can regularly volley a return of serve
  • Pod 4: Players who can successfully serve three out of four times
  • Pod 5: Generally younger players, ages 6–8, who can successfully serve three out of four times when given two attempts

Two sessions will be held each Sunday:

  • Pods 1, 2, and 3: 2:00–3:30 p.m.
  • Pods 4 and 5: 3:30–5:00 p.m.

Times may vary when noted during registration. Depending on the number of players registered for each pod, we may adjust the schedule to balance participation and court availability. Players may also move between pods as their skills develop throughout the season.

This program is free, and participants are encouraged to become members of MA Squash.

Use the link below to join the Junior Round Robin mailing list. Before each session, Lovey Roundtree will email families a separate registration link. This new process allows families to sign up one session at a time rather than committing to dates months in advance.

A confirmation email will be sent on the Saturday before each Sunday Round Robin. If your plans change after registering, please notify Lovey as soon as possible so the matches can be adjusted.

Parents are encouraged to volunteer, and no prior experience is necessary. We also ask parents to referee matches other than those involving their own children, helping players enjoy a more relaxed experience on court. Volunteer coordinators will be available to assist anyone unfamiliar with refereeing.

  • Sunday, October 4, 2026
  • Sunday, November 1, 2026
  • Sunday, December 13, 2026
  • Sunday, January 24, 2027
  • Sunday, February 14, 2027
  • Sunday, March 21, 2027
  • Sunday, April 18, 2027

Sessions for all dates are 2-5pm.
