MASSACHUSETTS SQUASH WOMEN TO DESCEND UPON CHARLOTTESVILLE FOR THE HOWE CUP
The 2014 Howe Cup, an annual women’s five-person team tournament begun in 1928, will be held the weekend of November 14-16 at the University of Virginia. MA Squash will be strongly represented by 29 New England women.
So far, 31 teams have signed up to play in the country’s largest squash event for women, with players coming from as far as Seattle and Canada. It’s always a fantastic weekend with loads of squash, friendly rivalries, and wonderful camaraderie.
MA Squash is generously covering the entry fee for its members to participate in the main team singles event and in a concurrent doubles tournament.
